WHO INVENTED CENTRAL HEATING?
Ancient History began with the introduction of writing systems, around 3200 BC. It ended with the fall of the Western Roman Empire in AD 476.
There were three ancient civilisations during this period.
La Historia Antigua comenzó con la introducción de los sistemas de escritura, alrededor del años 3200 a. C. y finalizó con la caída del Imperio Romano en el año 476 d.C
Hubo tres antiguas civilizaciones durante este periodos.
1. ANCIENT ROME/ANTIGUA ROMA
The Romans introduced many innovations to the places they conquered.
Los romanos introdujeron muchas innovaciones en los lugares que ellos conquistaban.
Roads /Carreteras
Central heating / Calefacción central
Calendar / El calendario
Newspapers / Los periódicos
Roman lived in Spain and we can still see their influence here. Los romanos vivieron en España, por eso aún podemos su influencia aquí.

2. ANCIENT GREECE/ANTIGUA GRECIA
Before the Ancient Romans, the Ancient Greeks developed ideas that still influence in our lives.

3. ANTIGUO EGIPTO.
The Ancient Egyptians formed a civilisation before both Ancient Greeks and Ancient Romans did.
Los antiguos egipcios crearon una civilización antes de que lo hicieran los romanos y los griegos.
They build the pyramids / Construyeron pirámides
They were ruled by the pharaohs. / Eran gobernados por faraones.
They wrote using hieroglyphics. /Escribían usando jeroglíficos (en lugar de letras que forman palabras, ellos usaban dibujos o símbolos).
